to help you, if your query is about stock you can check all items online
to see if we have it ready to send to you, or even check if we have the item you are
looking for in your local branch. Or, if an item is out of stock, then click on the "Notify Me" button to receive n email as soon as it comes back in stock.
If your query is about an order, please reply to your original order email, that way we will have all the detail we need to help you faster and more efficiently.
If you just don't like putting your card details through a
computer, or just want to talk to someone, then we can take orders over
the phone, we charge £5.99 processing on all orders
under £50 when placed by phone (if you complete all your own details and process your own payment online its free). We take your credit or debit card
details at time of order, and despatch same day (if you order before 1pm) where stock is available at our mailorder branch (West Bridgford).
