We offer FREE UK Delivery as an exclusive offer for our website customers, when your order exceeds a specific value (see our delivery header) - This is not available over the phone. This applies only to domestic orders to the UK, and BFPO postcodes up to 1.5kg. Above that weight there may be additional charges. Postage options and prices are shown at the checkout and we will always make you aware before despatching items if an additional postal payment is required.

Standard Delivery - 4-10 Days Delivery Service - Website Exclusive
All orders to UK and BFPO addresses are able to be sent by ‘FREE Standard Delivery’ when the order is placed online above a specified value. Below that value there is a charge for Standard Delivery, which will be shown at checkout. There is no guarantee of delivery date or time with Standard Delivery, but you can expect delivery to your delivery address between 4-10 working days (inc. Saturdays). This is exclusivley available to our customers who place their order through the website and is NOT available over the phone. Phone orders are sent by Expedited Delivery (see below). Please note the Free delivery is not a guaranteed service.
Expedited Delivery - 1-3 Days
If you are in a hurry, you can upgrade delivery to our Expedited option. This is usually ‘Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed For' Recorded Delivery’, but we do also use other carriers to ensure your order gets to you on time. Our Expedited parcels are the first to be packed each day, and are delivered from next day to within 3 working days from the date of despatch. All telephone orders are Expedited as standard at a charge of £5.99. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and in some areas or times of year Royal Mail advise 1st class parcels can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
Express Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day (Monday-Friday)
Express Next Working day delivery can be selected at checkout from £9.99.

Express Saturday Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day(Saturday)
Saturday Next Working day delivery can be selected at checkout costing from

Collect in Store
You can "Collect in Store" at ether our West Bridgford or Arnold stores. Once you have placed and paid for your order online, you will need to wait for an email to confirm that the order is ready for collection. You can then pick up the item at your convenience safe in the knowledge that it has been reserved especially for you. If the item is already at the nominated store; this is often a next day service; otherwise we will relocate the item for you at no extra charge. This can take up to 7 days.
Despatch time of items with Availability: 'In Stock, Buy Now'
you see that an items availability is 'in stock', this means that its
in stock either in our mailorder departmentor one of our stores or warehouses. We
despatch 90% of all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order on a weekday, if an
item needs to come from one of our stores or a supplier we despatch your
order normally within 5 working days. Rarely do we ever despatch later than 5
days of receipt of your order. We email you when your order leaves us,
if you have a deadline for delivery let us know on your order notes and
we will keep in touch with an ETA.
Despatch time of items with Availability: 'Order Now'
items are 'special order' and are either supplied direct by our
supplier or will be ordered especially for you once we receive your
order and will be shipped once the stock arrives with us. The time of
delivery varies from 7 to 28 days on these orders - please contact us if
you need an accurate delivery date prior to ordering. You will receive an email from us at the time of despatch.

receive the goods Royal Mail or one of our approved logistics parteners will leave a card. It is your
responsibility to arrange collection from your local sorting office or
pay for redelivery within 7 days of the original delivery attempt. If
the goods are returned after failed delivery you
will incur a 10% re-stock charge, or a redelivery fee which (dependant
upon parcel size) needs to be processed by yourself on our website to
re-send your goods. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery
will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted
from your refund.
